All source code, designs, logos, and data structures within AIN HUB are the exclusive property of the owner. You are strictly prohibited from cloning, scraping, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
AIN HUB is a technical tool; users are solely responsible for the links and content they publish.
Users strictly do NOT have the right to upload or link to content that threatens national security, incites violence, or is considered offensive/defamatory under UAE laws. Such actions will lead to immediate account termination and legal reporting.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that infringe on trademarks or accounts inactive for more than 6 months.
AIN HUB offers various service plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the specified fees.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
AIN HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
In the event of force majeure, the platform is exempt from liability for service interruptions.
You acknowledge that use of the service is at your own risk.
Using the platform for spamming or distributing malicious links is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, restriction of access, or permanent banning depending on the severity of the violation.
In accordance with UAE Law, AIN HUB fully cooperates with security authorities and will provide necessary data upon official request in cases of cybercrime investigation.
AIN HUB reserves the right to freeze or suspend any account where reasonable and necessary if suspicious activity is detected. The user may receive a formal warning, and the account may remain suspended until the issue is resolved.
Failure to resolve suspicious activity or violating UAE safety standards will lead to permanent termination without a refund.
Upon subscription cancellation or expiration, the user is granted a strict 30-day grace period to reactivate their account. During this period, access will be limited due to account freezing, although data remains preserved.
Once this 30-day period expires, AIN HUB reserves the right to permanently purge all associated data. This process is final and data cannot be recovered.
Usernames are linked only to active subscriptions. After the 30-day grace period following a cancellation or non-renewal, the username will become available for registration by other users.
AIN HUB does not guarantee the reservation of usernames for inactive accounts. It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain an active subscription to secure their unique URL.
The original source code, logic, and architecture remain the intellectual property of AIN HUB. Purchasing a project grants a "Usage License," not full ownership of the underlying logic.
Modifying the source code by the client or any third party immediately voids all technical support warranties and exemptions for site functionality errors.
All prices are for the described services. Prices may be subject to VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
AIN HUB reserves the right to feature completed projects or designs created through the platform in our official showcase and social media for marketing and demonstration purposes.
If a client prefers not to have their project displayed, they may submit a formal request for exclusion. Upon approval, we will ensure the project is not included in our public showcase. Otherwise, our right to demonstrate our expertise through our work remains in effect.
Any requests for design changes or additional features after project kickoff will be treated as "Additional Work" and subject to extra charges.
AIN HUB provides a maximum of [2] rounds of minor revisions per project. Major structural changes are not considered part of the standard revision process.
The developer is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide assets. Projects stalled for more than 30 days due to the client may require a "Restart Fee."
If the final payment is not received within [3] business days of project completion, AIN HUB reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the service. Where applicable, reasonable notice will be provided before suspension.
A "Reactivation Fee" will apply to restore any service that has been suspended due to non-payment or violation of terms.
Once administrative credentials are handed over, the client assumes full responsibility for any changes made to the database, settings, or user management.
The client agrees to hold AIN HUB harmless from any legal claims arising from the products sold or services rendered through the website developed by us.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to AIN HUB during the three (3) months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Custom code is delivered as a finished product. We do not guarantee compatibility with future browser updates or third-party API changes released after delivery.
Official communication must be conducted via registered email or WhatsApp Business. Verbal agreements are not legally binding.
Users are prohibited from creating pages that impersonate other brands or entities. AIN HUB reserves the right to reclaim usernames that infringe on trademarks.
Promoting illegal substances, adult content, or material violating UAE values is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate permanent ban.
Removal of "Powered by AIN" credits without a "White-Label" fee is a violation of the usage license.
The use of bots or automated software to extract data from AIN HUB for competitive analysis is strictly prohibited.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, global outages, cyber incidents, or government restrictions.
AIN HUB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits abusive behavior towards the developer or staff.
Failure to read or review these Terms & Conditions does not exempt the user or client from their legal obligations. By accessing the platform, making a payment, or starting a project, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms and agree to abide by them in full.
Claims of "unawareness" regarding any clause, including refund policies or service suspensions, will not be accepted as a valid defense in any dispute.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on April 22, 2026. AIN HUB reserves the right to modify, add, or remove clauses at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes where applicable, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
AIN HUB maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of any kind. Any such behavior will lead to immediate service termination without a refund and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance or updates. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions required to enhance platform security or performance.
Any features labeled as "Beta" or "Experimental" are provided for testing purposes. Use of these features is at the user's own risk, and AIN HUB is not responsible for any data glitches resulting from their use.
Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using any content, code, or data from AIN HUB to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or machine learning algorithms without prior written consent.
Our platform is optimized for the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge). We do not guarantee full visual fidelity on outdated browsers or legacy devices.
Provisions related to Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Maximum Liability, and Governing Law shall survive the termination of this agreement and remain in effect indefinitely.
AIN HUB is only responsible for agreements and transactions conducted through our official channels: our verified WhatsApp Business number, our official email, and the social media accounts explicitly linked on our platform.
We are NOT liable for any fraud, financial loss, or misinformation resulting from your communication with unauthorized individuals or "impersonator" accounts. Users are responsible for verifying they are communicating with the official AIN HUB team before sharing any data or making payments.
Continued use of AIN HUB or payment of an invoice constitutes full and final acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of AIN HUB shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
AIN HUB is committed to protecting user data. We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services.
This may include basic account information, usage data, and technical logs necessary for security and performance optimization.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers or when required by law or official government authorities.
By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified or removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
AIN HUB reserves the right to retain user data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
Upon account termination or deletion, user data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
AIN HUB may rely on third-party services and infrastructure providers (such as hosting, databases, and analytics tools) to operate the platform.
We are not responsible for any issues, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers beyond our control.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and AIN HUB and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or verbal.
Failure by AIN HUB to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
